add existing member

An existing wishhh.com member can ask to join one of your groups or you can ask them if they want to join your group. To add them in, you'll need their wishhh.com account number and six digit security code. See the 'join an existing group' help/tour item for information on what they need to do to find that information.

With their account number and security code in hand, follow the steps below to add them in:

Select the group you'd like to add the existing member to

In this example, Jane Smith has asked to join my 'Scifi Book Club' group. From the 'Groups' pull-down menu item in the blue bar across the top of wishhh.com, I select the 'Scifi Book Club' group as depicted below:

Click the 'Add Existing Member' option

This brings up the 'SciFi Book Club' group's information page. To add Jane to this group, click on the 'Add Existing Member' option in the right colum.

Insert their account number and security code into the appropriate fields

Type the acount number and security code into the appropriate field then click on the 'Add Member' button.

If the account number and security code were entered correctly, a yellow message box telling you the member was successfully added to the group will appear. If a mistake was made a pink message box will tell you what you need to do to correct it.

From then on Jane will be a member of the 'SciFi Book Club' group. Her name will appear under the Group's heading in the left column. Similarly, the group will appear in the left column when she is logged in to wishhh.com, with the names of all the group members below it. Let the wishhhing begin :).
